There are 125 snapshot harvest jobs back, about 8 days left. This snapshot has taken ½ year which is longer than normal. The errors are out-of-memory problems and bitapplications that freezes/dies.

A fresh list of .dk domains are received from DK-Host master and uploaded on the PROD environment. This is done before each snapshot harvest

Acceptance testing is carried out satisfactorily - with the help of librarians from both KB and SB. 

We are in process of replacing harvester and access machines that has become 5 years old and is our of warranty. 

We have recently replaced the central administration machine in our NetarchiveSuite production installation. 
It was “single point of failure” in a disaster scenario. Thereby our procedure is updated and proven correct. 
To our surprise it took almost 2 days to download a security tape copy. it was distributed on 8 machines and that keept the tape robot pretty busy. New procedure has reduced that time to about 8 hours. In the following weeks we had a few operation problem (forgotten files, accidentally restarted old machine). Otherwise no problems.
