On kb-test-way-001 stop tomcat. Edit tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/CDXCollection.xml to use NetarchiveCacheResourceStore instead of NetarchiveResourceStore. Restart tomcat. Check that you can still browse in the material.
