Short description

The two days NetarchiveSuite workshop for partners have several tracks for technical, curators and managers.

Software and Equipment

It will be a good idea to bring along your own laptop. For developers please make sure you have the following software installed:

• A SVN client for accessing the NetarchiveSuite gforge-svn-repository. Choices are among others [http://subclipse.tigris.org/ subclipse] (a free eclipse SVN plugin) and [http://www.syntevo.com/smartsvn/index.html SmartSVN] (a commercial client).

• NetarchiveSuite support following Development enviroment:

• IntelliJ
• Eclipse (3.3+)

Proposal

Issues to be discussed on the technical workshop:

• When do we need to support WARC and what is the estimate of the workeffort?
• When do we need to use Heritrix 3 and what is the estimate of the workeffort?
